Return Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don’t like the product or perhaps for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The return costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package—check your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, you can contact us via Support@brickstickershop.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to check the product, we may charge you for any depreciation. So please handle the product with care and ensure good packaging when returning it.

Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? No problem. You can contact Support@brickstickershop.com for this. You do, however, bear the return shipping costs.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order before it ships.
